Called Shot is a base ability, meaning it is granted upon character creation. You can assign it to the hotbar at any time. Simply equip any firearm, and drag the ability from your ability panel to your hotbar, and then activate the ability with a valid target selected.
# Effects
Deals 175-250% weapon damage, consuming a decent amount of focus.
# Tactical Notes
Use cover or an ally-created opening to protect the wind-up. Called Shot is less efficient against fast targets without a control effect.
